Job Summary
To support a diverse range of clients including Federal Government, Healthcare, and Higher Education, the full-time remote Paid Search Specialist will develop and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, focusing on strategy, management, and analytics.
Key responsibilities
- Develop strategic paid search plans and manage campaign execution to improve KPIs such as CPL, CPA, and ROAS
- Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and optimize campaigns through A/B testing and ongoing management
- Configure and maintain conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager, ensuring data accuracy across various platforms
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field
- 3-4+ years of relevant experience in paid search and programmatic digital media, preferably in an agency setting
- Hands-on proficiency with SA360, Google Ads, and Bing
- Proficiency in conversion tracking configuration within GA4
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
