Job Summary
Managing 20-30 Google Ads accounts for local B2B businesses in the US, the full-time Paid Search Specialist will optimize campaigns, perform data analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize Search, Performance Max, Display, and Remarketing campaigns
- Continuously optimize bids, budgets, audiences, and campaign structures to improve performance
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns in a digital marketing agency
- Experience managing 20+ client accounts simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing Ads)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
- Experience with local lead generation campaigns for North American businesses
