Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Own revenue strategy and growth targets for accounts spending $250k+/month, while ensuring profitability
  • Lead client relationships through regular updates, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions
  • Execute advanced paid media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, while analyzing performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing paid social accounts with documented growth impact of 10% or more
  • Expertise in Meta advertising strategy and understanding of TikTok platform dynamics
  • Strong knowledge of DTC financial metrics including contribution margin, CAC, and LTV
  • Demonstrated success in onboarding and scaling brands from launch to advanced growth stages
  • Experience mentoring or training junior team members
