Paid Social Associate Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Paid Social to manage a team of paid social account managers and strategists, optimize paid advertising and customer acquisition programs, and ensure client success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff accounts with team members that match each client's needs
• Ensure client success by meeting performance objectives on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Coach, develop, and lead a team of motivated media buyers, integrating leadership teams within the Paid Social department

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in performance media buying on Facebook/Instagram, ideally in a digital or media agency
• 2+ years of E-commerce experience
• Management experience required
