Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paid Social Designer who specializes in creating high-impact static ads for paid social environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver 30-40 high-performing static ads per week across various formats
  • Translate creative briefs into conversion-focused visual systems and iterate on winning creatives
  • Collaborate with Creative Strategists and Media Buyers to align creative with performance data


Required Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of experience designing static ads for paid social in a DTC or performance marketing environment
  • Proven ability to produce high-volume creative within sprint workflows
  • Strong understanding of Meta ad formats and advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Deep knowledge of direct response design and psychological triggers
  • Experience in DTC e-commerce and exposure to high-budget Meta ad accounts is a plus
