A company is looking for a Paid Social Growth Marketer (AI) to launch and scale paid social acquisition efforts remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and scale paid social acquisition campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and Snapchat
• Monitor performance and optimize campaigns based on data-driven decisions
• Manage creative processes and collaborate on high-converting landing pages

Required Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience with Meta, TikTok, and/or Snapchat Ads
• Proven track record in DTC, gaming, or dating industries
• Deep understanding of platform policies and compliance strategies
• Expertise in campaign structure, bidding strategy, and audience segmentation
• Experience in creating and optimizing landing pages and retargeting flows
