Job Summary

Leading paid social campaigns for the Health and Wellness portfolio, the full-time Paid Social Manager will develop, execute, and optimize campaigns across various platforms while collaborating with business teams and monitoring performance metrics in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, Reddit, and LinkedIn
• Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust strategies based on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with analytics and business teams to identify growth opportunities and present campaign insights

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (High school diploma/GED + 7+ years in Marketing)
• 6+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns
• 2+ years of leadership experience in managing social media brands and mentoring junior team members
• Proficiency in executing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Reddit
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data analysis and performance optimization
