Job Summary
A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social to execute and optimize paid social campaigns, oversee social automation tools, and collaborate with various teams to enhance market-specific campaign strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize paid social campaigns, including newsletter lead generation and content promotion across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit
- Collaborate with local marketing teams on market-specific campaign approaches and analysis, and contribute to marketing campaign briefs
- Monitor campaign KPIs daily, develop ad-hoc reports and analysis, and support the delivery of reporting materials and presentations
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience in developing social strategy for digitally focused organizations with multiple DTC brands or products
- Strong understanding of Facebook's business tools and experience with campaign execution across Facebook and Instagram
- Experience with lead generation, content marketing, and the use of social automation tools
- Ability to interpret data to inform actionable insights and demonstrated strength in analytical skills, including budget allocations
- Efficiency in MS Office Suite, notably PowerPoint and Excel, and a preference for experience with Google Analytics and social media automation tools
