Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Paid Social to oversee paid social acquisition across a portfolio of home brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across various platforms
  • Oversee budget allocation, pacing, and performance accountability for paid social initiatives
  • Conduct campaign-level reporting and insights generation while collaborating with creative and data teams
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in paid social or performance marketing, primarily in social channels
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads and experience with at least two other platforms like Pinterest or TikTok
  • Experience managing a paid social budget of $10M+, with $20M+ preferred
  • Fluency with third-party attribution tools and comfort with AI tools
  • DTC e-commerce background required; multi-brand experience preferred
