Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Paid Social to oversee paid social acquisition across a portfolio of home brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across various platforms
- Oversee budget allocation, pacing, and performance accountability for paid social initiatives
- Conduct campaign-level reporting and insights generation while collaborating with creative and data teams
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in paid social or performance marketing, primarily in social channels
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads and experience with at least two other platforms like Pinterest or TikTok
- Experience managing a paid social budget of $10M+, with $20M+ preferred
- Fluency with third-party attribution tools and comfort with AI tools
- DTC e-commerce background required; multi-brand experience preferred
