Job Summary
A company is looking for a Paid Social Manager to own and scale their paid social acquisition engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Meta performance end-to-end including strategy, structure, testing, and budget allocation
- Build a creative feedback loop with the brand team and monitor full-funnel performance
- Lead the expansion into TikTok and Snapchat while translating account performance into actionable insights
Required Qualifications
- 3-6+ years of paid social experience with hands-on ownership of 7-figure+ Meta accounts
- Proven ability to optimize for real business outcomes beyond CTR and CPA
- Strong creative judgment and ability to identify effective strategies
- Deep understanding of tracking and measurement including Pixel + CAPI and UTM hygiene
- Experience in lead generation, healthcare, insurance, or high-consideration verticals is preferred
