Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paid Social Manager to own and scale their paid social acquisition engine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Meta performance end-to-end including strategy, structure, testing, and budget allocation
  • Build a creative feedback loop with the brand team and monitor full-funnel performance
  • Lead the expansion into TikTok and Snapchat while translating account performance into actionable insights
Required Qualifications
  • 3-6+ years of paid social experience with hands-on ownership of 7-figure+ Meta accounts
  • Proven ability to optimize for real business outcomes beyond CTR and CPA
  • Strong creative judgment and ability to identify effective strategies
  • Deep understanding of tracking and measurement including Pixel + CAPI and UTM hygiene
  • Experience in lead generation, healthcare, insurance, or high-consideration verticals is preferred
