Job Summary
Owning the social commerce program end-to-end, the full-time Paid Social Marketing Specialist will manage media buying, produce creative content, and optimize landing pages while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end campaign setup, bidding, and budget allocation on Meta, with plans to expand to TikTok and other channels
- Produce and deploy ad creative at scale using modern AI tools, continuously testing and iterating for optimal performance
- Build and optimize high-converting landing pages, ensuring accurate tracking and attribution of clicks and conversions
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in paid social marketing with a focus on direct-response and e-commerce results
- Advanced expertise in Meta Ads Manager; familiarity with TikTok or other paid social platforms is a strong plus
- Proficiency in AI creative tools and design/video software such as Canva and CapCut
- Proven ability to create high-converting landing pages with a strong understanding of user experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent portfolio and track record
