Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paid Social Performance Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms to drive client-specific KPIs
  • Lead planning initiatives including audience research, campaign architecture, and creative briefing
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify new opportunities, and report on account status and key learnings
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-time experience in digital marketing
  • 3+ years of experience using Meta Business Manager and Meta Ads Manager
  • Experience managing spend on other paid social platforms such as TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
  • Solid understanding of conversion tracking and data analysis
  • Must be based in the U.S
