A company is looking for a Paid Social Specialist (Remote LATAM).

Key Responsibilities

• Own campaign execution across Meta and Reddit, transitioning responsibilities from agency partners
• Drive creative strategy by analyzing performance and providing feedback to the creative team
• Utilize analytics tools to understand performance, customer journey, and budget allocation

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on mastery of Meta Ads Manager with experience in scaling direct-response accounts
• Experience managing Reddit Ads and other media channels is preferred
• Familiarity with multi-touch attribution platforms and creative analytics tools
• Resourceful and proactive in tracking down necessary information
• Data-driven mindset, making decisions based on analytics
