Paid Social Specialist
Job Summary
To support the Paid Media team during a period of increased campaign activity, the remote Paid Social Specialist (Contractor) will manage the planning, execution, and optimization of Paid Social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Reddit, TikTok, and Snap for an anticipated 6-month assignment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with strategy and operations teams to plan and launch paid campaigns across various social platforms
- Execute campaign trafficking and ad operations workflows, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in launching new assets
- Utilize reporting tools to monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to meet KPIs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience activating Paid Social performance campaigns
- Proven experience optimizing campaigns towards KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and brand lift
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel to extract insights from complex data sets
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Flexibility to support occasional evening or weekend work during peak campaign periods
