Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager, Paid Statutory.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain technical and business knowledge about assigned products and services; serve as the SME resource for internal partners
• Oversee contract negotiations and manage ongoing performance, facilitating issue resolution as needed
• Collaborate with cross matrix partners to gather market intelligence and inform product development and implementation strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, health management, or related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the group insurance industry
• Proven track record of developing strong relationships with matrix partners and vendors
• Ability to deliver results independently and drive sound business decisions
• Knowledge of Group Employee Benefits required; absence management knowledge preferred
