Pain Management Medical Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Director - Pain Management Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct coverage reviews and render determinations for various medical/surgical services related to Pain Management
• Document clinical review findings and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Coordinate Utilization Management processes and provide clinical support to staff conducting initial reviews

Required Qualifications

• Current, active, and fully unrestricted medical license
• Current Board Certification in Pain Management with a specialty in PM&R or Anesthesia
• 5+ years of clinical experience post-residency in Pain subspecialty
• Proficient with MS Office applications
• Willingness to obtain additional medical licenses as needed
