Job Summary

To provide on-call support for major outage issues and ticket investigations, the remote Palo Alto Consultant will maintain and integrate the Palo Alto Strata Cloud Manager while engaging in technical design and evaluations of cybersecurity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Remain available for on-call support and ticket investigations related to Palo Alto Strata Cloud Manager
• Function as a liaison between clients and Palo Alto Support, providing technical design based on business requirements
• Support the development of cybersecurity requirements, including design, architecture artifacts, and implementation of security controls

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in the architecture, design, and deployment of Palo Alto Strata Cloud Manager
• Experience in integration development with other cybersecurity solutions
• Ability to perform analysis on cybersecurity data and test results
• Strong written and oral communication skills for discussing technical concepts with diverse audiences
• Self-motivated with a willingness to collaborate and continuously educate oneself
