Palo Alto Engineer with PCNSE

Job Summary

To support a growing security operations team, the full-time Sr. Palo Alto Engineer with PCNSE will manage and maintain security systems for clients, lead complex projects, and serve as a technical escalation point while working remotely from anywhere in the continental U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Lead deployment and management activities, including configuration of security systems and third-party integrations
• Act as a primary responder for client configuration issues and track them through resolution
• Provide knowledge transfer and support, while maintaining procedural documentation and runbooks

Required qualifications

• Current PCNSE certification is required
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto technologies, including Prisma Access and Prisma Cloud
• Minimum of three years of hands-on experience with Palo Alto products
• At least five years of professional experience in Information Security in a consulting or enterprise-level role
• Experience in a customer-facing or consulting capacity, demonstrating leadership abilities with junior colleagues
