Palo Alto Firewall Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Palo Alto Engineer to manage firewall policies and support security configurations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Palo Alto firewalls, focusing on managing firewall policy using Panorama and Tufin
• Support IPSEC configurations and collaborate with IT Security to mitigate vulnerabilities
• Provide firewall policy support for the migration of resources to cloud providers while maintaining system availability

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Palo Alto firewall policy, including AppID, URL filtering, Threat, and Wildfire
• Proficiency in using Panorama, log collectors, IPSEC tunnels, and GlobalProtect
• Experience with Palo Alto in cloud and hybrid environments
• Knowledge of Palo Alto firewall virtual routers and routing policy using BGP
• Familiarity with ITIL processes for change, incident, and problem management
