Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract-to-hire basis, a Palo Alto Network Consultant will manage enterprise network infrastructure design and implementation, focusing on security architecture and administration, while overseeing technical teams in large-scale environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement security-focused network architecture, including Palo Alto firewalls and enterprise security appliances
• Perform troubleshooting and performance optimization for network systems, including VPN and secure remote access implementations
• Guide technical teams in managing complex network infrastructures, ensuring alignment with organizational business processes

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes
• At least 3 years of experience in a lead capacity
• 4 years of combined experience in network analysis and design of complex, enterprise-level data, voice, and security network infrastructure
• 4 years of experience with implementation, deployment, configuration, maintenance, and support of networked equipment including firewalls, switches, and routers
• Bachelor's Degree in an Information Technology (IT)-related field or Engineering
