• Provide technical support to customers and partners

• Publish technical documentation and review training materials

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Next Generation Firewalls and Panorama
• Experience with Cloud Identity Engine and Global Protect
• Knowledge of packet capture analysis and fault isolation
• In-depth understanding of Remote Access technologies and IP Routing protocols
• Experience with Legacy WAN solutions
