Job Summary
Supporting 24x7 Security Operations Center (SOC) operations, the remote Palo Alto XSIAM Subject Matter Expert will enhance security playbooks, contribute to detection engineering initiatives, and develop technical deliverables to improve investigation efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support 24x7 SOC operations, including Managed Security Services and Incident Response
- Enhance SOC playbooks and runbooks to improve operational efficiency
- Develop and enhance SOC dashboards and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with Palo Alto Networks XSIAM
- Experience supporting SOC operations, including Incident Response
- Experience enhancing security playbooks and detection engineering
- Ability to develop technical accelerators for customer environments
- Relevant education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred
