PAM Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a IAM / PAM Technical Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive execution of PAM initiatives across multiple teams, managing technical dependencies and timelines
• Coordinate the delivery of Delinea Server Suite into production, ensuring readiness and resolving execution challenges
• Maintain an integrated program plan and RAID log, leading status meetings and ensuring stakeholder readiness for PAM capabilities

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technology-related field, with a minimum of 4 years in Information Technology, or 6 years without a degree
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management supporting cybersecurity, IAM/PAM, or infrastructure security initiatives
• Demonstrated experience in driving execution across cross-functional teams and managing dependencies
• Strong understanding of PAM concepts and experience with program management artifacts
• Experience in regulated environments with awareness of audit and risk management expectations
