Panel Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the relationship with research participants, the full-time remote Panel Engagement & Recruiting Support Specialist will develop engagement strategies, manage social media presence, and create content to recruit new panelists while collaborating with the Operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute panel engagement strategies via email, mobile app, and social media
• Manage L&E's social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking
• Partner with the Operations team to identify qualified respondents from the member database for research projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred)
• 2 to 4 years of experience in social media marketing, community management, or digital engagement
• Hands-on experience with content creation and paid advertising on social platforms
• Strong video editing and graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM or database systems
