Job Summary
Leading the newly established PAP Continuity Team, the fully remote PAP Continuity Assistant Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, focusing on patient retention, therapy continuity, and revenue recovery while providing direct leadership to Patient Continuity Specialists.
Key responsibilities
- Provide daily leadership and support for a team of Patient Continuity Specialists, establishing performance expectations and conducting regular coaching sessions
- Assist in managing daily call center operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workload balancing to meet operational goals
- Implement training, quality assurance, and performance improvement strategies to enhance patient experience and achieve departmental objectives
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare or call center environment
- Strong coaching and performance management skills
- Experience with call center operations and workforce management
- Ability to drive operational results in a fast-paced setting
