Job Summary

A company is looking for a PAP Scheduler responsible for coordinating patient appointments for equipment pickup and instruction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments for customers to pick up PAP equipment and provide usage instructions
  • Verify insurance coverage and explain financial responsibilities to customers
  • Document patient interactions and ensure compliance with equipment usage standards
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • One (1) year of experience in healthcare administration, financial services, or insurance customer service
  • Experience in a Medicare certified HME environment is preferred
  • Knowledge of HME products and insurance guidelines
  • Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively
