Key Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for customers to pick up PAP equipment and provide usage instructions
• Conduct insurance verification and explain coverage details to customers
• Document patient interactions and ensure compliance with insurance requirements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• One year of experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer service
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME environment is preferred
