PAP Equipment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PAP Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive PAP equipment by scheduling appointments and providing usage instructions
• Prepare and submit audit paperwork for Medicare and other insurance claims to ensure compliance
• Monitor and manage clients on Positive Airway Pressure devices to encourage compliance

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
• Senior level requires two (2) years of work-related experience and one (1) year of exact job experience
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment is preferred
