PAP Equipment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PAP Specialist who will manage patient equipment and compliance in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for customers to pick up PAP equipment and provide usage instructions
• Prepare and submit audit paperwork for Medicare and other insurance claims
• Monitor and manage clients on Positive Airway Pressure devices to encourage compliance

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative roles or customer service
• Two (2) years of work-related experience required for senior-level positions
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment is preferred
