PAP Equipment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PAP Specialist to manage patient interactions and ensure compliance with healthcare guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for customers to pick up PAP equipment and provide usage instructions
• Prepare and submit audit paperwork for Medicare and insurance claims, ensuring compliance
• Monitor and manage clients using Positive Airway Pressure devices to encourage compliance

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of work-related experience in healthcare administration, financial services, or insurance
• Two years of work-related experience required for senior level, including one year of specific job experience
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment is preferred
