PAP Scheduler

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PAP Scheduler for their fully remote operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain knowledge of current HME products and services offered by the company and insurance guidelines
• Schedule appointments for customers to pick up PAP equipment and provide instruction on its use
• Verify insurance coverage, explain financial responsibility to customers, and collect payment

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of one year of work experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, claims, billing, call center, or management
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME environment that routinely bills insurance
