A company is looking for a PAP Scheduler for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain knowledge of HME products and insurance guidelines
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, insurance verification, and compliance explanation
• Process orders, troubleshoot equipment problems, and identify efficiency trends

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• One year of work in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME environment
