Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Team Lead / PAP Scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support PAP Scheduling agents through Teams chat and help desk phone line
- Monitor and score calls; provide coaching and feedback to agents
- Handle escalated billing complaints and assist with daily operations
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of call center experience, preferably in healthcare or billing and insurance
- Direct experience explaining medical billing and patient responsibility
- Coaching or peer-support experience
- Prior Team Lead or Senior Agent experience is preferred
- Familiarity with Brightree or similar EMR/billing systems is a plus
