Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Team Lead / PAP Scheduling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support PAP Scheduling agents through Teams chat and help desk phone line
  • Monitor and score calls; provide coaching and feedback to agents
  • Handle escalated billing complaints and assist with daily operations
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year of call center experience, preferably in healthcare or billing and insurance
  • Direct experience explaining medical billing and patient responsibility
  • Coaching or peer-support experience
  • Prior Team Lead or Senior Agent experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with Brightree or similar EMR/billing systems is a plus
