Job Summary

A company is looking for a PAP Specialist for a fully remote full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate and timely data entry, inventory selection, and communication with referral sources
• Scheduling equipment pickup appointments, explaining financial responsibilities, and submitting audit paperwork
• Monitoring client compliance with PAP equipment and program, providing education and support

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
• Two years of work-related experience in a Medicare certified HME or similar environment
