Job Summary

A company is looking for a PAP Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Completing ccurate and timely data entry, inventory management, and communication with referral sources
Scheduling customer appointments, explaining financial responsibilities, and submitting insurance claims
Monitoring and managing clients on Positive Airway Pressure devices for compliance

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
Two years of work-related experience for senior-level positions
Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment
