PAP Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PAP Specialist who will manage patient interactions and ensure compliance with healthcare guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for customers to pick up PAP equipment and provide instructions on usage
• Prepare and submit audit paperwork for Medicare and other insurance claims, ensuring compliance with healthcare guidelines
• Monitor and manage clients using Positive Airway Pressure devices, encouraging compliance with the program

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
• Two (2) years of work-related experience required for senior level, including one (1) year of exact job experience
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment is preferred
