PAP Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PAP Specialist to manage patient care and compliance for Positive Airway Pressure devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for customers to pick up PAP equipment and provide usage instructions
• Prepare and submit audit paperwork for Medicare and insurance claims to ensure compliance
• Monitor and manage client compliance with PAP equipment and communicate with referral sources

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
• For senior level, two years of work-related experience and one year of exact job experience required
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment is preferred
