PAP Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PAP Specialist for a part-time position, working remotely from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive PAP equipment by scheduling appointments and providing usage instructions
• Prepare and submit audit paperwork for Medicare and insurance claims, ensuring compliance with healthcare guidelines
• Monitor and manage clients on Positive Airway Pressure devices, encouraging compliance with equipment usage

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
• Two (2) years of work-related experience for senior level positions, including one (1) year of exact job experience
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment is preferred
