PAP Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PAP Specialist to work part-time, remotely, focusing on patient adherence to Positive Airway Pressure devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive PAP equipment by scheduling appointments and providing proper usage instructions
• Prepare and submit audit paperwork for Medicare and other insurance claims to maintain compliance
• Monitor and manage clients on Positive Airway Pressure devices, promoting compliance with the program

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
• For senior level, two years of related experience and one year of exact job experience are required
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment is preferred
