Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paralegal - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Review loan documents for compliance with federal and state laws and regulations
Support new product development and project management for HELOC and reverse mortgage offerings
Conduct legal research and assist in the preparation and review of legal documents

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
2+ years of Paralegal transactional experience, preferably in real estate or mortgage industry
Experience performing legal research
Knowledge of consumer finance and residential mortgage regulations
Contracts review experience is a plus
