Paralegal, Capital Markets

Job Summary

Supporting complex financing transactions, the full-time remote Paralegal, Capital Markets will assist attorneys with documentation for structured finance transactions, manage compliance trackers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal support aligns with corporate governance and regulatory obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, review, and organization of documentation for structured finance transactions, including managing closing deliverables and electronic transaction binders
• Draft governance documents and support compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations for GoodLeap entities
• Develop and manage document trackers for transaction terms and reporting obligations to ensure compliance and accuracy

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of paralegal experience in a medium to large law firm or 4 years in an in-house legal department with a corporate focus, preferably in capital markets or structured finance
• Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal certification preferred
• Working knowledge of capital markets and corporate governance processes
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with project and knowledge management technology tools, including AI tools
