Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Support and Administrative Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate communication between claims and claimants and manage a small caseload of title clearance matters
- Prepare reports, conduct legal research, and assist in drafting department policies and procedures
- Evaluate claims, recommend resolutions, and ensure deadlines are met
Required Qualifications
- Paralegal with one to three years of related experience in title insurance or real estate preferred
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite and internet research
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret various documents and write reports
- Strong reasoning skills to solve practical problems and interpret instructions
- Possession of a paralegal certificate
