Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Support and Administrative Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate communication between claims and claimants and manage a small caseload of title clearance matters
  • Prepare reports, conduct legal research, and assist in drafting department policies and procedures
  • Evaluate claims, recommend resolutions, and ensure deadlines are met
Required Qualifications
  • Paralegal with one to three years of related experience in title insurance or real estate preferred
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite and internet research
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret various documents and write reports
  • Strong reasoning skills to solve practical problems and interpret instructions
  • Possession of a paralegal certificate
