A company is looking for a Paralegal Claims Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct, summarize, and analyze legal and regulatory research relevant to claims and coverage matters
• Assist counsel in identifying and monitoring key legal issues and provide timely updates
• Manage the intake and administration of legal matters, ensuring documentation is organized and accurate

Required Qualifications

• A paralegal certification or equivalent education and five years of relevant experience
• Experience supporting attorneys in insurance claims or regulatory matters
• Ability to research and summarize state insurance regulations and case law accurately
• Experience using a legal or claims matter management system
• Strong collaboration skills in a deadline-driven environment
