Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paralegal Claims Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct, summarize, and analyze legal and regulatory research relevant to claims and coverage matters
• Assist counsel in identifying and tracking key legal and regulatory issues, providing timely updates
• Manage the intake and administration of legal matters within the matter management system

Required Qualifications

• A paralegal certification or equivalent combination of education and five years of relevant experience
• Experience supporting attorneys in insurance claims, coverage analysis, or regulatory matters
• Ability to research and summarize state insurance regulations and case law accurately
• Hands-on experience using a legal or claims matter management system
• Strong collaboration skills with experience in a deadline-driven environment
