Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paralegal - Commercial and Product Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Review product features and marketing materials for legal and regulatory risks
• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements under attorney supervision
• Conduct legal research and assist in product launches and compliance projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification required
• 10+ years of paralegal experience, particularly in product support and commercial contracts
• Strong understanding of contract fundamentals and regulatory considerations
• Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Ironclad, AI contracting tools, and collaboration platforms
