Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paralegal, Commercial Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the deal process by preparing, drafting, and reviewing commercial sales contracts
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and the Legal Ops team to enhance contracting workflows and templates
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to address legal questions and ensure efficient contracting processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of legal experience in-house in a contracts-focused role
• Experience drafting and reviewing various commercial agreements
• Experience working in-house with a technology company and/or healthcare organization preferred
• Ability to operate autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team
