Job Summary
Supporting IPO readiness and compliance initiatives, the full-time remote Paralegal Compliance Analyst will manage compliance monitoring programs, administer compliance tools, and assist with documentation for corporate rebranding and legal processes.
Key responsibilities
- Run annual and periodic compliance monitoring programs across global business units
- Review and validate approval workflows, third-party screenings, and conflict-of-interest disclosures
- Maintain the compliance documentation repository and support internal/external audits
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, legal studies, compliance, finance, or related field
- 3-7 years of experience in compliance, internal audit, or risk management
- Experience with workflow, tracking, or GRC tools preferred
- Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
- Comfortable interpreting policy and translating it into monitoring activities
