Passionate about customer service, the full-time remote Paralegal Customer Success will manage legal drafting and review, provide tech setup support, and ensure customer satisfaction while engaging with clients in a dynamic LegalTech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents based on customer requirements
• Respond to customer inquiries and ensure their requests are handled efficiently
• Assist customers in setting up connections between their source code management platform and our services

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer success or a similar role preferred
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents
• Familiarity with LegalTech concepts
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Proficiency in modern web tools like Google Docs
