Combining legal expertise with customer engagement, the full-time remote Paralegal Customer Success will manage legal drafting, provide customer support, and assist with tech setup for clients in a dynamic LegalTech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents tailored to customer requirements
• Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely handling of requests
• Assist customers in setting up connections with their source code management platforms

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer success or a similar role is preferred
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents
• Familiarity with LegalTech concepts
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Proficiency in modern web tools like Google Docs
