Job Summary

Combining legal expertise with customer engagement, the full-time remote Paralegal Customer Success Specialist will manage legal drafting, provide customer support, and assist with technical setup to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents tailored to customer requirements
• Respond to customer inquiries and ensure prompt resolution of requests regarding services and account management
• Support customers in setting up connections between their source code management platforms and ensure proper administration

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer success or a similar role is preferred
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents
• Familiarity with LegalTech concepts
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
